RETURN POLICIES

gardajoint.it accepts returns for any reason within 15 working days of delivery.
Items must be shipped in their original condition within 15 working days from the delivery date, not before having communicated it via email toinfo @gardajoint.it. You will be contacted and followed step by step in returning the items to our warehouse.
Remember that the shipping costs will be at your expense.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Tell us your intention to return an item within 10 business day of delivery of the goods. 2. Ship the product to us in its original condition. gardajoint.it does not accept returns for the same order but sent separately in two different shipments. 4. gardajoint.it undertakes to refund the full amount, excluding shipping costs. 5. In the event that the above conditions are not followed, or the returned item is used or damaged, gardajoint.it will not proceed with the refund. In this case, you can decide to have the previously purchased item back at your expense. After this last shipment it will no longer be possible to carry out return operations.

REFUND POLICIES

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of delivery. The time required for the refund varies depending on the payment method you prefer to use: - Credit card:
the timing depends on the credit institution that issued your card. In any case, the date of the re-credit value will be the same as that of the debit value. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a communication via email. - Paypal:
the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account upon communication via email. You will also receive a final communication from our Customer Service.
